Formal confirmation that the extraction system has been cleaned to standard, signed and dated — the document insurers and fire risk assessors ask for.

Residual grease measurements
Post-clean grease depth readings taken at each access point, compared against pass thresholds, so compliance is measured rather than promised.

Before and after photographic evidence
Dated photographs of every section cleaned, including duct interiors through each access panel, proving the work was done where nobody usually looks.

Access panel and system survey
A record of the extraction system layout, access panels used or installed, and any faults, damage or recommendations for the next visit.
